Already Gone

Ok, I know it's been a while since I've written or posted anything on here. I was inspired by a good friend to get back on and start writing about music. Yesterday the new Bayside album artwork and track listing were released, along with a song on their upcoming Feb. 22 2011 release named Killing Time. Already Gone is the first track released, and they are set to release another track on iTunes entitled: Sick, Sick, Sick on November 11th. Already Gone is the first track to kick off the upcoming album. The song starts off with a catchy guitar riff then Anthony bursts into song with "You, you never call..." his voice is full of emotion and power like in previous albums. This song sounds a lot like Tortures of the Damned mixed with the punk sound found in Shudder. The familiar lead guitar parts that give the band their sound are ever so present. The lyrics are completely Bayside through and through. I'm excited to hear more, and I can't wait! For any long time fan of the band, or even the newer fans, I'm sure this album will satisfy all of your listening pleasures as Already Gone has satisfied mine.
